Thione's mission is to design, develop and commercialize patented preventative and therapeutic healthcare products and applications utilizing synergistic antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral compositions in novel delivery systems.

The Company has identified numerous and diverse applications that exploit the benefits of the Thione Complex™. As a result of Management's analysis of the status of these applications in terms of necessary clinical data support and potential commercial partners, Management is initially focusing its commercialization efforts on the following product groups; Oral Care, Immune Building, Dermatologics, Pain Relief and Cosmetics The Company believes that focusing on these more "mature" applications will result in commericial validation of the Company's technology while providing the Company the time and resources to continue developing its base of clinical test results for other promising applications.

The Company's topical and barrier applications conform to the Food and Drug Administrations ("FDA") Drug and Cosmetic Act and its oral care and immune building applications conform to the FDA's Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994, significantly shortening the time frame necessary to bring its technology to market.
